我们 12 年级与 13 年级的餐饮 (Hospitality) 课程学生近期在厨房里忙碌不停，全力投入实操考核。
近期的作品包括：牛肉千层面、焦化黄油鼠尾草意式乳清干酪面疙瘩、培根蛋奶意大利宽面，以及芝士焗土豆面疙瘩。同学们将课堂所学的策划、备料与摆盘技巧一一付诸实践。

Recent dishes have included beef lasagne, ricotta gnocchi with burnt butter and sage, fettuccine carbonara and cheesy baked potato gnocchi, with students putting their planning, preparation and presentation skills into practice.
